Product Description

BARIUM TITANATE CP Grade

Product Application – Catalyst Passivation

Thermograde Process Technology is a UK based Barium Titanate manufacturer using solid phase blending , calcining and subsequent micronising to produce a variety of grades.

As a Barium Titanate supplier Thermograde has many major customers worldwide.

Barium Titanate CP Grade can be incorporated into the formulation of Fluid Cracking Catalysts to reduce the poisoning effects of Vanadium and Nickel contained in the hydrocarbon feedstock. Additions of 5-10% to the zeolite support matrix will arrest the mobile contaminant ions at regenerator temperatures, preventing reaction with the zeolite and reduction of activity. For the refiner, Fluid Cracking Catalysts treated with Titanates will reduce both Hydrogen production and Coking, whilst making substantial savings in fresh catalyst make-up. (Further details on request.) NB. Current Patents may be applicable to the manufacture of certain FCC formulations containing Titanates.
