Particle Size Analysis
To complement the fine grinding and micronising systems the particle size is determined using the characterisation technique of laser diffraction. The MALVERN Mastersizer 2000 fitted with the Hydro 2000MU dispersion accessory was chosen for ease of operation and accuracy of measurement. This can also be used for stand alone grain size analysis on a contract toll basis.
