Manufacturer and Supplier of Strontium Titanate
STRONTIUM TITANATE
Product Application - Catalyst Passivation
Strontium Titanate can be incorporated into the formulation of Fluid Cracking Catalysts to reduce the poisoning effects of Vanadium and Nickel contained in the hydrocarbon feedstock.
Additions of 5-10% to the zeolite support matrix will arrest the mobile contaminant ions at regenerator temperatures, preventing reaction with the zeolite and reduction of activity.
For the refiner, Fluid Cracking Catalysts treated with Titanates will reduce both Hydrogen production and Coking, whilst making substantial savings in fresh catalyst make-up. (Further details on request.)
NB Current Patents may be applicable to the manufacture of certain FCC formulations containing Titanates.
