Gas fired 180 cubic ft. batch kiln, 300 saggar capacity, 1 to 1.5 mt. Max. temp. 1300 C with three zone recorded temp. profile. Multi-level and dwell facility with natural, forced or programmed cooling. Three further gas kilns approx. 60 cubic ft. Similar performance characteristics. High temp. gas kiln, 30 cubic ft. capacity. Max. temp. 1550 C with oxygen monitored atmosphere. Electric kiln, 90 saggar capacity, 350 kgs., with twin level and dwell facility. Max. temp 1200 C. Electric kiln, 60 saggar capacity, 200 kgs., with twin level and dwell facility. Max. temp. 1200 C. Electric kiln ,6 saggar capacity, 30 kgs.,with thyrister control to 1250 C. FGH series 2000 programmable controller with multi-level, dwell and profile repeat facilities. Electric test kiln, capacity 6 x 200 gm. crucible, suitable for development samples. Multi-functional FGH series 2000 controller as above. All our kilns are connected to pen recorders for hard copy customer verification of firing cycle if required.
